Generator panel

The generator panel has the major functions for switching, protection, indication, and monitoring of generator(s), and is usually located in the middle of the switchboard.
The panel is normally divided into two parts.

– Lower part : The withdrawable circuit breaker is installed and provides the functions of operating and breaking main power.

– Upper part : The measuring and indicating devices are mounted on the upper door and protection devices are mounted on the inner plate of pane

Synchronizing panel

Feeder panel

The feeder panel has the function of power distribution to each load mainly with molded case circuit breakers. the width of panel can be sized from 700 to 1500mm depending on the current ratings and quantity of breakers. The depth and height are same as those of generator an synchronizing panels.

Automatic control device for generator (option)

The control device provides the automatic control and protective functions for generator.
The major functions are described as follows:
-Automatic power control
-Diesel engine control
-Generator status monitoring
-Protection and pane automation

The control device can be determined by customer requirement as an option.

Motor Control Center

Our motor control panel adopts the design and parts that fit various land and maritime environments to achieve high reliability, convenience in maintenance, and cost reduction.

Various Starting method

Each starts unit can provide various starting methods corresponding to the starting characteristics of motors, full-voltage non-reversing(FVNR), reversing(FVR), wye-delta starting(Y-△), pole-changing(P.C), and reactor starting(R.S).

Fixed type

The starter units are located on the front side of the panel. Vertical bus bars, outgoing power cables and control cables are located in the rear side of the panel.

Withdrawable type unit(option)

The starter units are located on the front side of the panel. Vertical bus bars, outgoing power cables and control cables are located in the rear side of the panel.

Data communication System(option)

The starter unit can provide the function of high speed data communication(500kbps) which enables to transmit and receive the data using up to 4 line. Control circuits of this kind of unit can be easily changed by PLC with high flexibility

Each panel consists of several starter units for operation of low-voltage motors, the size of each unit depends on the capacity of motors, the shipping split of panel is two panels(minimum) to four panels(maximum).

Charging Method

The Panel, which controls the charging of batteries high reliability is divided into two types and can meet every need of customers.

Various Starting method

The voltages and currents are manually adjusted.

Constant Voltage type

The constant voltage charging is available in three methods
– Thyristor phase controls
– Transistor phase controls
– Reactor controls

Thyristor Phase Control

This method has an automatic monitoring for voltage and current of the batteries and AC input power and optimizes the conditions of charging and discharging of batteries. There by this control provides a long-life and high-performance of batteries and constant voltage regulation under the specified value in table.

For providing high reliability, overcurrent and overvoltage protection for circuits and power modules are also provided.
